Before you start
Start production with a presentation scene and take a video slide so its program video transport is available.
Find the transport
Locate Program video transport after taking the video. Confirm that you are controlling the intended program item. The position indicator shows elapsed time against the file’s duration.
Pause or resume
Use Pause video to stop at the current position and Play video to resume. Check the audience monitor as well as the button state. Agree with the service leader when a video should be paused rather than stopped or replaced.
Restart or seek
Choose Restart video to return to the beginning. Move Video position to seek to another part of the file. Rehearse any planned jump in advance so you know the correct cue and do not skip required content.
Control repetition and sound
Use Loop video for repeated playback. Use Mute video or Video volume to control its sound. Confirm the actual audio output with the sound team; a visual playback indicator alone does not confirm that the congregation can hear the file.
If you need a hand
The transport appears for a playing program video. If it is missing, select and take the video item first, then check whether output is held or blacked out.
