Desktop testing builds are unsigned. On Mac, unzip the download, move Pulpit AI Beta to Applications, then open it. If macOS blocks the app, review the notice in System Settings → Privacy & Security and choose Open Anyway for this download. On Windows, run the installer; if SmartScreen appears, review More info before choosing Run anyway. Only proceed for the installer downloaded here.

One installation. Ready to prepare.

  1. Choose your computer.Compatible installers are highlighted for this device. On a Mac, open Apple menu About This Mac to check whether you have Apple Silicon or Intel. On Windows, check Settings System About for your processor and system type.
  2. Install Pulpit Desktop.Download availability and system requirements appear with each released installer. PowerPoint support downloads inside the app when you first need it. Prepare it in Settings before going offline; no separate installation is needed.
  3. Connect your church and prepare your service.Sign in, open a service rundown and gather your songs, scripture and media. Check your audience and stage displays before presenting.
  4. Prepare for offline use.Save a local service, download its media and use the offline media check. Sign-in, shared editing and online AI require a connection.
