Create a service rundown

Before you start

Start in Pulpit AI’s Service rundown.

Start a new service

Select New service. Save or export anything you still need from the open rundown before replacing it. A separate service keeps next Sunday’s preparation distinct from the service you have already rehearsed.

Name the service

Fill Service title with a name your team can recognise, such as Sunday gathering. Include a date or service time when several gatherings use similar content. Desktop saves edits locally; watch for the saved confirmation.

Add the first slides

Select Add slide, then open Content to enter a label and the words you want displayed. Start with the welcome, scripture and announcements, then arrange the items in service order.

Review the whole rundown

Select each item to inspect its preview. Check wording, timing and media before live operation. A selected slide is a preparation choice; use Take slide when you intend to change the audience output.
