Church AI OS stores account information, church and location records, roles and memberships, and the ministry content your team creates. Audit records identify account activity and administrative changes.

Member records are not sold or used for unrelated bulk outreach. The information your church provides supports its authorised workflows, including visitor follow-up. Product tour content is illustrative and does not represent your church’s records.

With your permission, Firebase Analytics (Google Analytics) measures page visits, downloads and feature use across the website, web app and desktop app. A pseudonymous account identifier connects signed-in activity across devices. Analytics does not include email addresses, church names, member records, sermon text, file contents, passwords or streaming credentials.

Analytics is optional. Choose Accept or Decline in the consent dialog. Your choice is remembered and the dialog closes. Declining stops collection and clears analytics identifiers stored by this app on the current device. Essential sign-in and workspace storage continue to work. Advertising personalization is disabled.
