Before you start
Prepare a subtle MP4 or WebM background and a text slide with readable wording.
Select the text slide
Choose the slide that needs a moving background. Keep the wording short and confirm it is editable text rather than an imported image page. The video should support the words rather than compete with them.
Import the background
Open Content and choose Video background. Select the background file and wait for it to save. This attaches a background to the selected slide instead of replacing the text with a standalone video item.
Review the combined slide
Close Content and start production with a scene that includes presentation content. Inspect the preview and take the slide during rehearsal. Watch the whole background loop to check that text remains readable as the image moves. Choose a calmer file if brightness or motion makes reading difficult.
Save or remove it
Run the offline media check before relying on the background without a connection. To remove the moving background, reopen Content and use Remove background. Confirm the remaining slide design before taking it again.
If you need a hand
If the background is unavailable on another computer, transfer it with a prepared .pulpit media package and run the media check on that computer.
