Change the service order

Before you start

Open a rundown containing at least two slides.

Choose the item to move

Select a slide in Slide order. Read the surrounding labels before moving it so you know where the item needs to sit in the service.

Use the movement controls

Open Content and choose Move up or Move down. Each action moves the selected slide by one position. Repeat until the slide is beside the intended welcome, song, passage or announcement.

Check the new sequence

Close Content and read through the slide order from beginning to end. Check that scripture continuations, song verses and closing notices still make sense after the move.

Rehearse the transition

Preview the slides before and after the moved item. If you use timed playback, review their durations too. Agree the revised cue order with the operator before the service begins.

If you need a hand

Move up is unavailable for the first slide and Move down for the last. These boundaries are expected; select another position or item if needed.
