Set a presentation’s design

Before you start

Open a service and prepare a representative slide to preview.

Open Presentation design

Choose Presentation design from the rundown. The design dialog shows an example frame and the content area, helping you assess changes before they reach the audience.

Set readable colours

Choose Background color and Text color. Use a combination with clear contrast, then inspect several slides. A colour that works for a short welcome may need more care for a longer passage.

Arrange the text area

Adjust the content width, height and position to suit the display. Use Text alignment and Vertical position to place the text deliberately. The dashed guide indicates the content area and does not appear on the audience output.

Check and take

Close the dialog and review different slides. Slide-specific settings may override this inherited design. Take the intended slide when you are ready to apply its appearance to the audience frame.

If you need a hand

If one slide ignores a presentation change, open its Design & timing controls and inspect its overrides. Use inherited design if it should follow the presentation again.
