Reopen a service saved on this computer

Before you start

Use the same church account and computer where the service was saved.

Open Service files

Choose Service files in the rundown. Desktop keeps edited services on the computer for the church account, but a local copy on one device is not automatically a copy on another device.

Browse saved services

In On this computer, select Browse local services. Wait for the list to load, then use Local service to choose the service by its title. If needed, use the page controls to find older entries.

Open the selected service

Choose Open local service. Confirm the title and slide order before editing. If you were working on another service, wait for its saved confirmation before switching to avoid confusion about the latest changes.

Check its media

Open Service files again and run Check offline media. A saved rundown can still refer to media that needs downloading. Rehearse any videos and image slides before relying on this copy without an internet connection.

If you need a hand

An empty list may mean you are using another computer or church account. Import a portable service package to move a prepared service between devices.
