Move a service with its media

Before you start

Prepare the media on the source computer before exporting.

Check the source files

Open Service files and run Check offline media. Resolve missing images, videos and other referenced assets before creating the package. Keep the original service open until the export has completed.

Export with media

Select Export with media. Wait while the app gathers the service data and available media into a .pulpit package. Store it in an identifiable folder and keep a separate copy of important original files.

Import on the destination

Move the package to the destination computer and use its service import control. Review the import preview before choosing Use imported service, which replaces the currently open rundown.

Verify the transferred service

Check the title, slide order, design and media on the destination computer. Run its offline media check and play each video. A successful transfer should be followed by a rehearsal on the display and audio output you will use.

If you need a hand

If the export reports an unavailable asset, restore that media on the source device and export again. Do not assume a cloud link is already included in the package.
