Prepare a service with your team

See teammates’ cursors and edit a shared rundown together.

Before you start

Connect to the internet and open the same church service with individual team accounts.

Open the shared service

Ask each collaborator to open the same service in your church workspace. Confirm the title and shared session before editing. A local rehearsal service is not automatically the same document as a church service opened by another person.

Check who is present

Look for your teammates’ avatars and named cursors. The walkthrough shows four connected collaborators using the actual presence and shared editing components with example accounts. Each person’s cursor helps the team see where others are working.

Divide the preparation

Agree who is preparing scripture, welcome slides and announcements. Edit a slide and check that another collaborator sees the update. Shared changes still need review; simultaneous access does not mean every edit is approved for projection.

Agree the live operator

Choose who controls the audience output before the service begins. Finish collaborative preparation, review the rundown together and confirm local media on the production computer. Keep the internet connection available for shared editing and presence.

If you need a hand

If a collaborator disappears, check their connection and that both accounts are in the same service. Reconnect and review the current content before continuing edits.
