Before you start
Use the email address associated with your church account.
Open the sign-in page
Open your church’s web app and choose Sign in. If you followed a link to a particular room, keep that link open so the app can return you to the intended page after authentication. You need an internet connection to sign in.
Enter your account details
Enter your Email address and Password. Check that the email belongs to your church account, especially if your browser fills it automatically. Passwords are case-sensitive. Use your own credentials on a shared production computer.
Continue to your workspace
Select Sign in once and allow the request to finish. The app opens the workspace you can access. If you are asked to finish account setup or accept an invitation, complete that step before opening your service.
Resolve access differences
Check the church and room you have opened before editing content. Signing in establishes your identity; your church role determines your permissions. Contact a church owner or administrator if your account opens successfully but the tools you need are unavailable.
If you need a hand
Use Forgot password? if you cannot remember your password. If you normally use Google, select Sign in with Google and choose the same Google account.
