Help and answers
Ready for your first service.
Get to know the apps, prepare your computer and rehearse your service.
Read our step-by-step guides Can anyone join the public test? Yes. Create an account to try Pulpit AI, Logos AI and Owner Settings with a 30-day trial and no payment card. Invite your church team and send feedback to hello@churchai.global. Church OS and Prayer AI are coming soon. Should we use the web app or desktop? Use the web workspace for planning, study and shared church records. Pulpit Desktop is built for the production computer: local service files, presentation output and recording. Choose the version for your computer in Downloads. Will we need to install LibreOffice separately? No. Pulpit Desktop downloads PowerPoint support inside the app the first time you need it. You can also prepare it in Settings before going offline. Your team installs one app. PowerPoint slides are imported as presentation pages; rehearse complex decks because fonts, animations and embedded media may render differently. What can we do without internet? Pulpit Desktop can open saved local services, project media already on the device and use the bundled World English Bible. Sign-in, cloud collaboration and online AI need a connection. Download and rehearse your service before going offline. Can our team work on a service together? Shared service rundowns support team presence and edits across signed-in devices. Your church administrator controls access. Presentation controls let an operator review the next slide before sending it to the congregation. Does AI decide what goes on screen? Your operator remains in control. Use AI assistance for preparation and scripture suggestions, then review the result. Recognition can miss words, especially in noisy rooms or mixed-language services. Which Bible comes with the app? The public-domain World English Bible is included for offline use. Other translations depend on their provider and distribution permissions; they are not part of the included offline pack. Which rooms can our church use? The current release includes Pulpit AI, Logos AI and Owner Settings, with access determined by your plan and role. Church OS and Prayer AI are coming soon. Explore all five on the Rooms page. Can we play videos and use moving backgrounds? Yes. Pulpit supports video slides and looping video backgrounds, with play, pause, seeking and volume controls. Prepare media on the production computer and rehearse the output before the service. Can we use our existing PowerPoint files? Import PDF or PowerPoint decks into presentation pages and review them before adding them to a service. Desktop downloads PowerPoint support once inside the app and keeps it for offline use. Imported slides are static, so animations, embedded video and editable PowerPoint objects do not carry across. Can speakers have a separate stage display? Yes. The stage display provides next-slide cues, timers and stage messages separately from the audience presentation. Connect and check your displays during rehearsal. What can we record? Record the selected source or the composed program, one recording at a time. Desktop saves recording chunks locally and provides recovery tools for interrupted recordings. Recovery uses the recording segments saved to your computer. Can we move a service to another computer? Export a portable .pulpit service package with its prepared media, then open it on the other computer. Use the offline media check and rehearse after moving it, especially when the computers have different displays or audio devices. Do you offer a free plan? Yes. The Free plan includes church setup and Owner Settings for a small team. Paid suites add Pulpit AI, Logos AI and higher team limits. Compare plans on the Pricing page; online checkout is currently unavailable. Who builds Church AI OS? Church AI OS is built by Webinfluencers. The platform brings together tools for church preparation, presentation and teamwork. Visit the About page to learn more about the product and its builders.
