Before you start
Open Logos AI with an active connection and access through your church account.
Start with a clear request
Name the passage, audience, session length and teaching aim. Include the translation you plan to use and whether the group is new to the Bible. Choose a new conversation for a new topic so unrelated earlier requests do not confuse the task.
Write the prompt
For example: “Prepare a Bible study on forgiveness for young adults using Matthew 18:21–35. Include context, five discussion questions and one practical response.” The walkthrough shows how to prepare this request in the actual Logos interface; it does not depict a generated response.
Review the response
Read the whole passage yourself, verify verse references and check the discussion questions against your church’s teaching. Treat the output as a draft for your judgement, then ask a focused follow-up if an explanation, section or example needs changing.
Prepare the final version
Edit the wording for your church and confirm all references before sharing or teaching from it. Keep the final approved copy in the document or service preparation workflow your team uses. Check the finished material yourself before it reaches the congregation.
If you need a hand
If no response arrives, check your connection and any message shown by Logos AI. Preserve your prompt before reloading. AI responses require online access and may vary between requests.
